This sensor/app technology puts a running coach in your pocket.
Lumo has taken access to running coaching previously only available at a high cost and made it accessible to any runner.
Lumo Run is a combination of sensor technology and an app. Information is then fed from the sensor to your smartphone via bluetooth. You get real-time updates on your running with suggestions to help you improve your performance and reduce injury. In short - it's a running coach in your pocket. Along the waistband of either runs some conductive material that connects to a button on the front of the waistband. This button's action can be customized, but by default it gives you your current metrics. The shorts or capris both include pockets to carry your smartphone which is necessary for measuring your performance and giving you real-time feedback.
